This site has been designed with accessibility in mind and incorporates a number of features to help you get to the information you need.
Text-only version
This portal has been constructed to be text based wherever possible to allow access for screen readers and other assistive technologies. Where pages contain graphics and other elements the user will be offered a link to a text only version of the page. This is also useful for providing the user with a printer-friendly version of the page.
Font sizes
You can change the size of the text in this portal through your browser. In Internet Explorer, select 'View', then 'Text size' and then select your preferred size. In Netscape, select 'View', then 'Text zoom' then select your preferred percentage size.
Style sheets
You can import your own style sheet into this portal.
In Internet Explorer select 'Tools', then 'Internet options', then 'Accessibility'.
Next, click on any of the checkboxes to ignore colours, font styles or font sizes.
In the same window you can change your style sheet by clicking the checkbox labelled 'Format document using my style sheet', browse to your style sheet and click 'OK'. In Netscape, select 'Edit', then 'Preferences' and then 'Appearance'. You can then specify your own colours and fonts.
