The Housing e-Academy offers sector specific e-modules to those working within or alongside housing providers. Modules are accessed via the internet and can be allocated to staff, residents, Board members and contractors. The HeA team are always looking for ways in which they can improve the services offered to members. Following customer feedback we have been working hard to achieve CPD accreditation for the housing training suite. We are pleased to announce that we now have accreditation for the following modules:

Dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour

The Regulatory Framework of Housing Associations.

The Regulatory Framework of ALMOs

The Role of the Board Member (Housing Associations)

The Role of the Board Member (ALMOs)

This means that when a learner passes any of the modules in the housing suite they will be able to use the time spent completing the module towards their CPD. Their certificate will also contain the CPD logo. All future modules developed through the Housing e-Academy will be put forward for CPD accreditation as standard.
