Dutton Fisher and Associates (DF&A) is a dynamic and innovative Training and Management Consultancy with a proven track record of delivering a broad range of interpersonal skills, leadership, and people management training.

Based in Yorkshire, they deliver to participants from operative to senior management level across a wide range of industries and sectors including Housing, Hospitality, Play work, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering and Manufacturing, and the NHS. CIH Level 2 Certificate in Housing

The Level 2 Certificate in Housing aims to give the introductory skills, knowledge and understanding to work effectively within housing. Level 2 is equivalent to a GCSE (grades A-C) or an NVQ Level 2.

Level 5 NVQ in Management

The ILM Level 5 NVQ in Management has been specially designed for senior managers with a high degree of autonomy for deploying resources and achieving strategic goals. It aims to give participants an opportunity to develop their professional management skills, knowledge and understanding.
