Dutton Dodd Consultants in association with Jo Fisher Training have successfully attained Centre Accreditation with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), enabling the delivery of ILM Management Qualifications from Level 2 to Level 5.
Our management qualifications are designed and delivered in a uniquely flexible format enabling a bespoke training solution intended to adapt to employers' differing learning and development needs.
ILM Management Qualifications combine innovative design with a strong focus on developing workplace performance, and are explicitly designed to meet the needs of managers and their organisations.
We can offer:
Vocationally Related Qualifications (VRQs) which are taught courses, assessed via work based projects and assignments
National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) assessed via the development of a work-based portfolio of evidence.

Level 2 Award and Certificate in Team Leading
These qualifications are designed for aspiring or new team leaders, helping them to develop the core skills needed to perform well in their new role.
Level 3 Award, Certificate, and Diploma in First Line Management
ILM Level 3 qualifications in First Line Management have been designed to give practising or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation for their development as a manager.
Level 4 Award in Management
This is a concise qualification covering the core research, analysis and group-working skills essential for practising or potential middle managers.
Level 5 Award, Certificate, and Diploma in Management
The ILM level 5 qualifications in Management have been designed for middle managers, developing a range of key skills from understanding of the role (in the Award) through to critical thinking (in the Diploma)

The Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading is aimed at practising team leaders looking to develop consistent, competent performance at this level.
Level 3 NVQ in Management
The ILM Level 3 NVQ in Management aims to give participants an opportunity to develop their management performance, become more effective and to progress their career.

The ILM Level 4 NVQ in Management has been specially designed for middle managers with the aim of giving participants an opportunity to develop core competencies at this level: for example, encouraging innovation and managing the business process.
Level 5 NVQ in Management
The ILM Level 5 NVQ in Management has been specially designed for senior managers with a high degree of autonomy for deploying resources and achieving strategic goals. It aims to give participants an opportunity to develop their professional management skills, knowledge and understanding.
