The Housing e-Academy specialises in the development of e-learning courses for staff and board members working in the social housing sector. We work closely with our housing members, as well as experts in the field to ensure that the training we offer is completely relevant and up to date with the latest laws and legislation.

Some of our members use e-learning to complement face to face training, ensuring all individuals have the same basic level of understanding before attending classroom training. Staff and Board Member Training Packages - now with four FREE courses for all your staff!
To ensure we meet the training needs of every organisation, we have developed three membership packages; Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Bronze membership is the perfect starting point for organisations who have never used e-learning before. The easy to use features give you all the benefits of Housing e-Academy membership whilst keeping things simple so you can concentrate on rolling out e-learning to your staff.
Silver membership keeps the simplicity of the Bronze package but with a wider range of courses included. You get the added benefit of a larger structure framework for organising your learners. This package is great for organisations that are new to e-learning and are keen to implement a wide variety of courses.
Gold membership is perfect for organisations who want to provide a wide range of e-learning courses to their staff. You have the option of having a complex LMS structure to make reports more specific so you can track learner progress across different structural criteria. In addition, Gold membership allows you to change the look of your Learning Management System in line with your organisation’s branding*.

In addition to these courses, your membership package entitles you to choose further courses from our membership course list. Bronze members can select an additional four courses for up to 5,000 staff, silver members receive eight and gold members and full LMS customers receive twelve.
Learning Management System
The Housing e-Academy's parent company, Virtual College, has developed a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) called E>nable. E>nable is an internet based system which allows users to access training from the office, home or any location with a standard internet connection. E>nable manages and delivers all aspects of e-learning, from tracking learner progress and allowing you to assign courses to specific members of staff, to managing appraisals and running customised reports.
E>nable is a highly flexible package and the level of functionality you require in your organisation will influence the membership package you choose.
