There is a compelling business case for social landlords to get involved in the worklessness agenda. The presence of many workless households in an area can limit the ability of a housing organisation to deliver sustainable regeneration. Improving the levels of skills and employment can lead to lasting economic revival.

Tenant Plus Membership

The Tenant Plus package can be accessed via any Internet enabled computer. Each course takes up to 2 hours to complete, but as it's e-learning the learner can dip in and out around other commitments and work at a pace that suits their individual style. Learning is tested through regular knowledge checks and a final course quiz. All courses are CPD accredited and, upon completion, the learner can print off a certificate for their records. As an organisation you can produce reports showing take up, pass rates, training time, learner feedback and more.
