Salary: £34,750 per annum and up to 15% PRP

We are seeking a building professional to be responsible for the investment of around £3 million each year in our housing stock. This is an exciting role and we want someone who is able to manage all aspects of contract administration ensuring the effective delivery of repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works. You will be customer focused and commercially aware, with a track record in construction management and customer excellence. This is a large department where you will play a major part in determining and leading on the future asset management strategy for the Association.

Support Workers
Horton Housing, Bradford
Salary: £17,154 per annum (pay award pending)
Full time 35 hpw. Part time 17.5 hpw.

Based in Bradford, you will support people in their own home throughout the local authority area. The hours worked will generally be between 9am and 5pm, Monday – Friday, although a flexi-time system is in operation. Some flexibility outside these hours may occasionally be expected to meet the needs of clients. We are particularly seeking applications from any of the following: females with language skills including Urdu; those with a background in asylum and refugee work; an interest in working in mental health and addressing substance (drug or alcohol) issues. You will be required to have your own motor transport.
